  2. @DwyaneWadeCounty That’s a good point. In a way, I agree with you, yes. That’s one way of developing mindfulness. The next stage after that would be to practise being mindful without using something to so easily capture your attention. So you could try being aware of your breathing, or aware of a candle flame, or the breeze on your face. Does that make sense? I hope that helps.
