Learn more about Chakras interactively!
I’ve mentioned the benefits of working with chakras in my post about tips and tricks for the tarot. Chakras also help you with accessing hidden information, for instance in doing psychic readings or divination methods. This hand Chakra guide can teach you lots more about them, but please remember always to close down your chakras after you have finished working with them!
You can do this by imagining each chakra in turn closing like a flower bud, and for finality you can if you want run your hand down from your head to your base chakra (by your tailbone but doing it in front of your body is fine too!
