Love relaxing and meditating? Love free stuff? Then my new section with free meditation music is for you! If you like a little help with your meditation (I do as my mind wanders like crazy!) Then why not listen to a Free Guided Meditation, in which a lady with a very soothing voice takes you into a secret garden. It’s accompanied with sound effects such as birds and the noise of a water fountain which makes it extra easy to visualise!
